Terms and Conditions:

We are Soul Searcher Travel Limited Liability company and are excited to help you with your travel,   The following terms & conditions (the agreement) describe what you can expect from us. “You” refers to the Individual who signs this agreement.

This will describe the scope and limitations of the services Soul Searcher Travel LLC will provide for you. Soul Searcher Travel LLC  is a luxury travel designer that specializes In curating experiences for clients who love to explore beautiful places and travel well. Soul Searcher Travel LLC Is thrilled to have you as a client and hopes that this will begin a long and enjoyable relationship.

Initial Project Consultation 
The Initial project consultation  will include complete review of the project. During this discussion, we will review the scope of the project, Including, but not limited to: preferred destination(s); dates of departure; passengers Involved; preferred types of travel: travel Interests; must-do experiences; airfare; budget; travel restrictions.

Payments and Fees:
If after the consultation both parties wish to move forward. A design fee will be paid to Soul Searcher Travel LLC. The design fee will be detained based on the scope outlined after the initial consultation. In any event this fee is non-refundable, even if you do not travel. 

After the fee is collected Soul Searcher Travel will do the following:
Door-to-door Itinerary design, customized itinerary proposal, itinerary revisions, tour and transfer coordination, experience coordination, hotel booking and coordination, may include restaurants and dining reservations. on-site and In-country support and contacts, final Itinerary delivery and review with all trip  confirmations and details, assistance with questions. 

Soul Searcher Travel LLC  is compensated by the hotels and travel partners. Due to that relationship, Soul Searcher Travel  will arrange the travel arrangements including accommodations. If you want to make reservations directly  with the supplier or utilize reward points or other similar options. An hourly fee of $100 per hour will be paid to Soul Searcher Travel LLC  for such itinerary design. Should the project exceed anticipated time within the scope of the Initial conversation. you will be notified before any additional fees are incurred. 

Itinerary changes: 
Once an itinerary is finalized  and payment has been made, a revision fee will be charged per change If the itinerary is changed at the discretion of Soul Searcher Travel.

Flights: 
Should you wish to engage Soul Searcher Travel LLC assistance booking airfare, a fee of $100 per flight per person will be billed. 

Insurance: 
Soul Searcher Travel LLC  strongly suggests the purchase of travel Insurance to protect your investment. Please notify Soul Searcher Travel LLC  if you wish to review details of travel Insurance and see a quote. You realize that If you do not purchase travel Insurance, your financial Investment Is not protected. 


Liability Limitation: 
You understand and agree that Soul Searcher travel LLC will design a custom travel experience; this requires your patience and cooperation. You acknowledge the variables in domestic and international travel and that a trip may not provide the exact experience expected. No particular experience can be guaranteed, either during planning or the dates of travel. You are responsible for reviewing all materials and confirmations and are responsible for contacting Soul Searcher Travel LLC immediately if any changes and discrepancies are noted. You assume full responsibility for your persons, belongings, and behavior during and after the agreed upon  travel et program.

Hold Harmless:
You agree to release, Indemnify and hold harmless Soul Searcher Travel, and its employees and/or agents from any and all claims, responsibility, liability, damage, loss and/or expenses arising out out of any Injury to any person during or after the trip,  as well as for disease, death, injuries, conditions, vendor negligence, illness, damage or loss of life to the client that may occur during or after the trip.
Chargeback Policy

Charge back Policy
All payments to Soul Searcher Travel LLC are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By signing this Agreement, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your credit card company or bank for payments made under this Agreement. Any chargeback disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. Clients must contact Soul Searcher Travel LLC directly to address any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Force Majeure
Soul Searcher Travel LLC shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of terrorism. These events are considered force majeure, and no refunds or compensation will be issued under such circumstances.

Acknowledgment
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Soul Searcher Travel LLC.
